We read Sneezy the Snowman and learned about quotation marks, "ot" words and rhyming words. We also talked about cause and effect while reading and did some interactive writing about what happened when Sneezy stood by the fire, or drank hot cocoa. After reading, we all made a melted snowman and practiced writing with quotation marks. They did really well on this.
