Fun Run

We had a great time at the Fun Run today!  I think all of your kids will sleep good tonight!  Pajama day on Monday.  

Math Fun

We played math games with partners today which helped us practice counting.   We rolled the dice and colored in as many spaces that were on our dice.  The person with the most spaces filled in was the winner.  

Writing Folders DUE Tomorrow Wednesday, 24th

The writing folder that you got at Back to School Night is due tomorrow.  Here are a few that are finished. 

Today we learned about the color orange and made an orange owl.  

Pink and Purple

We are learning how to spell the colors pink and purple today.  We read the books Pinkalicious and Purplicious and made a pink and purple cupcake.  

Wow!!

I just looked at our Team page for  Boosterthon and Hanlen's Cheetah Stripes (our team name the class came up with) is up to $24 a lap.  Awesome!!!  Thanks so much for supporting RCE, Kindergarten has the most donations so far.  We will be doing some fun things as incentives this week as a grade level to keep the kids motivated.

TGIF

It was a very rainy Friday, but the rain stopped and we did get to play outside for recess.  Thank goodness!!  Today's Boosterthon lesson was Plug in to Serve, you can go to funrun.com and see what your child learned today.  Thank you in advance for your participation!  Have a great weekend!
