Please send in any individual picture money/forms and signed report card envelopes. We have not received class pictures yet.   If you are ordering the individual pictures, envelopes are due by March 31st.

Tuesday and Wednesday are BIG testing days at RCE- children in upper grades will be taking the STARR test.  During these days, the office is requesting no visitors.  Please do not deliver lunch/eat with your child those days.  If you are scheduled to volunteer in your child’s classroom, you do not need to come!  Our schedule is a little different.  On both days, we will eat at 11:45.  Tuesday our recess time changes to 12:30.

Our new field day is April 15…details to come!

During this changeable “spring” weather, don’t forget to check the forecast before sending your child to school. Or, you could just be sure there is always a light jacket or sweater in their backpack. Even when it is warm outside, the classrooms can be chilly!

ibooks

We have started making ibooks on our Book Creator app. I am working with a group each week so that everyone can make at least one book.  They also can do this at stations once they learn.  They are doing very well with it.  I will be sharing them once we are done.
