Kindergarten News
Week of January
23-January 27, 2017
We are so excited for the upcoming 100th day of
school on February 1st. Keep working on those 100 Day t-shirts….we
are excited to show off at our parade at 8:05 am. We hope you can
join us for the parade.
Please start saving large cereal boxes as you empty them. You
can send them to school starting January 30th. We’ll be
decorating them to hold our Valentine cards. More info on Valentine Day
will come as the day gets closer.
To go along with our study of dental health, we will be making a
tooth brushing chart. If the children brush their teeth morning and night
(and record it on their chart!), they can return it Monday, January 30th,
for a ticket. Happy tooth brushing!

Writing:
We are reading lots of nonfiction books and noticing
the things that nonfiction text has. For example- we see table of
